the point is that everybody reads from the top 5 relays it doesn't matter if blastr blasts to 300 or 3000000000 relays if no one reads from them
if clients don't programmatically go and try and fetch events beyond the top 5 relays then its irrelevant to how many you publish, you only need to be censored from the top 5 relays
